What is softplay?Soft play is a mobile play area designed specifically for infants, toddlers, and young children featuring age-appropriate equipment that encourages active play and supports gross motor skill development. It provides a fun, safe, and increasingly popular entertainment option for both indoor and outdoor events.
How can I book my rental?You can reserve your rental by contacting us via phone or email, and we’ll walk you through the booking process from start to finish. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, as last-minute reservations may be limited based on inventory and scheduling.
How big of an area do I need?The minimum space required depends on the size of the soft play setup booked for your event. As a general rule, please allow an additional 2 feet of space around the fenced play area for safe setup and access. For example, if you book a 10’ x 10’ soft play setup, we will need at least a 12’ x 12’ area available for installation.
What are the rules and restrictions?To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
Socks are required for all children and supervising adults — shoes are not permitted in the play area
High heels are strictly prohibited to prevent damage to flooring and mats
Food, drinks, candy, and gum are not allowed inside the play area
Face paint, crayons, markers, and outside toys are prohibited
Please remove all sharp objects before entering the play area
All equipment must remain within the designated setup area
Pets are not permitted in or around the play area
Equipment must remain dry at all times
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
Is there a deposit required?A $100 non-refundable booking deposit and signed rental agreement are required to reserve your event date and equipment. This deposit will be applied toward your total rental balance, with the remaining balance due at delivery.
A separate $100 refundable security deposit is also required to cover accidental damage or excessive cleaning. This deposit will be fully refunded after equipment inspection at pickup, provided all items are returned in acceptable condition.
